Usage Instructions
1. Apply lightly downward pressure to avoid slipping during use.
2. Place heel of your blade at the top of sharpening rod at your preferred cutting angle. Sharpen the knife from heel to tip and repeat 2-3times. Repeat using the other side of the blade.
Use it once a week to keep your blades nice and sharp. We also recommend using a honing steel afterwards as a finer, second stage sharpening method to ensure a razor sharp blade.
