Commitment to your satisfaction

Edge of Belgravia Limited is dedicated to keep you satisfied with our design products. So, if you for any reason are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return the item in its original condition and unopened package within 7 days and we are delighted to exchange the item or refund the purchase price to your account. We make no fuss.

Return unopened package by mail

To return an unopened package by mail, please follow the procedure below:

  1. Please email us at customerservices@edgeofbelgravia.co.uk
  2. In your email state the item(s) that you are returning.
  3. State the reason for the return.
  4. Please indicate if you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund. If the latter, also please state the account to which you would like the refund
  5. If you are asking for an exchange, please state the preferred delivery address for your exchange
  6. Please make sure to package the return securely (in the original box) and include any paperwork. Packages must be returned pre-paid and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. 
  7. Send the package to our returns address:

Return of damaged items

Edge of Belgravia strives to deliver the highest possible quality and our goods are carefully controlled before they leave our factory. Nonetheless, should any of our products be damaged at reception, we regret this and we are delighted to exchange or refund the defect good within 7 days of receipt. We will in this case also refund your shipping cost.

Please note that we do not refund or exchange items that were negligently damaged by you (please see our care guidelines). Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claim can be made after 7 days.

  3. Enclose a picture of the damage
  4. Please indicate if you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund. If the latter, also please state the account to which you would like the refund
  5. If you are asking for an exchange, please state the preferred delivery address for your exchange
  6. Please await confirmation that we accept the return. 
  7. Please make sure to package the return securely (in the original box) and include any paperwork. Packages must be returned pre-paid and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Change of address after order

Upon placing your order, please make sure that your shipping address is correct, as the order will be dispatched to this address. It is not possible for us to redirect the order once it has been shipped.
